3rd time big losses

Our market is going down due to bear market. My portfolio also going down with realised big losses. this is the third I'm having similar experience. After making some profit then the bear sentiment coming in. So, cutting the losses late is the main reason losing big. The fault is mine and not the market because the market is always up and down as we see before.
